K Water from Korea start two Phase 1 Feasibility Projects
K Water, the bulk supplier of water to nearly all of Korea, has awarded two feasibility projects to Derceto. These two studies are being undertaken in collaboration with our in-country partner, EnE System who have already supplied technical specialists for the projects to work in the Derceto New Zealand office. The first study is for an area covering about 1/4 of Seoul. With 2000 ML daily demand for this sub-system and the capacity to deliver 20,000 ML per day to the whole of Seoul this is the largest single distribution system every analysed by Derceto. The second study is for the city of Ulsan in the south of Korea. It has a daily demand of 1200 MLD making it similar in capacity to some of the US reference sites.
